Selected fresh vegetables, first quality tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil and artisanal method, are the ingredients of our sauces, original recipes revised by Mrs. Maria Costanza Bosco, founder of the Graco company.

Product Description

The sauces “Maria Costanza” are dedicated to those who have little time to cook but still want a good plate of pasta Italian style. Selected fresh vegetables, first quality tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil and artisanal method, are the ingredients of our sauces, original recipes revised by Mrs. Maria Costanza Bosco, founder of the Graco company.

Processing method: handmade, with the use of fresh vegetables and tomato pulp of the highest quality.

Phases: preparing a sauce with extra virgin olive oil, cleaned fresh vegetables, thoroughly washed, cut into brounaise and spices, after a few minutes add the chopped tomatoes and cook the sauce. When cooked, is packed by hand and pasteurized in a steam autoclave.

Ingredients: tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, salt, onion, garlic, parsley, chili pepper.

Usage: heat the sauce for a few minutes and season the pasta cooked al dente; at will serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese or grated cheese. With this sauce is recommended a type of pasta like penne.

Expiration: 24 months

Control method: through chemical and microbiological analysis, carried out by an accredited laboratory by the Ministry.

QUICK RECIPE: Warm up the sauce in a pan, sauté spaghetti with a tablespoon of cooking water. Turn off the heat and add diced mozzarella.
