Processing method: pressing with millstones of olives of the variety ” Peranzana ” fresh lemons and Gargano.

Extraction system: continuous cycle.

Clean and wash 1 kg of prawns, cut the carapace on the back and place them in a row on a baking sheet. Toss with 4 tablespoons of lemon aromatic oil “Colli Dauni”, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 min.
