From the selection of the best olives “peranzana” GRACO prepares, by following the procedures that have been handed down from generation to generation, olives in brine. The entire production process is made by hand, without additives and preservatives. The only ingredients are salt, water and the time needed to reach their sweet and unmistakable taste. Olives in brine are also joined by seasoned olives “Maria Costanza”, which follow an additional infusion of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, fennel seeds and chili pepper. They are great served alone or to accompany appetizers and salads; in the kitchen they are the key ingredient for sauces and some original recipes with meat, game and fish.

Processing method: handmade, with the use of olives of the variety “Peranzana” selected and processed in brine by the company.

Phases: the olives are drained from the brine storage, further selected, oxidized in fresh air and washed thoroughly. Infused for several days in extra virgin olive oil and spices. Drained and vacuum-packed.

Ingredients: olives, olive oil , garlic, chilli , fennel seeds , salt.

Use: Ideal served with appetizers, entrees and snacks in general.

Expiration: 18 months

Control method: through chemical and microbiological analysis , carried out by an accredited laboratory by the Ministry.
